Samsung will begin production of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 in May 2025, with a Q3 2025 global launch. The Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy Tri-Fold are now expected in Q4 2025, delayed from their original launch alongside the other foldables. The Flip FE’s delay is due to low chip yields for the Exynos 2500, with the Exynos 2400e possibly being used instead.
