Samsung introduces new gen service centres: Here’s what makes them different

Samsung is revamping its service centers to enhance customer support with digitalized systems, advanced diagnostics, and lounge-style seating with wireless charging. The redesigned centers will feature digital kiosks for assistance, product displays, and an online booking system to reduce wait times. With over 3,000 service touchpoints across India, the upgrade will be rolled out in phases across major cities.
